6.  Leave Team Message Operations
Vehicles are allowed to leave from any position within the team.
Any vehicle will be allowed to leave the team at any time.
The Leave event should be an event-based trigger or active control of the vehicle. Active control
should be something similar to cruise control features already in place, such as a driver pressing on the
brake.  A trigger may also be a team-specific limit, such as a destination reached, or the team dynamics
have changed.
The vehicle should define an allowable separation distance threshold. The separation threshold will
define a threshold that the vehicle will maintain during teaming operations. If the separation threshold
is exceeded, the vehicle may choose to leave the team or adjust its threshold to maintain teaming
operations.
Prior to Leaving a team, the vehicle shall increase its separation distance to the next vehicle to enable
safe human-controlled operations.
