Used By: This entry is used directly by one other data structure in this standard, a DF called
DF_ITIS_EventType <ASN> <XML>.   In addition, this item may be used by data structures in other
ITS standards.
6.53 Data Element: DE_Warning Advice
Use: The ITIS enumeration list commonly referred to as "Warning Advice," is assigned the upper byte
value of [27] (which provides for value ranges from 6912 to 7167, inclusive).  This list is formally called
"WarningAdvice" in the ASN.1 and XML productions.  Items from this enumeration list can be used as an
event category classification.  This list contains a total of 47 different phrases, divided into 3 further sub-
categories (the division into these sub-categories is informational only and other groupings may also be
used).  The remaining 80 values up to the lower byte value of [127] are reserved for additional "national"
phrases in this byte range.  Local phrases may be added to the list starting with the lower byte value of 128
and proceeding upward from there (in other words, the first value assigned for any local additions to this
list would be given the value 7040).
