Remarks: The value of zero SHALL be used when an unknown elevation must be sent. The value 61439
(hex 0xEFFF) SHALL be used for any value over 6143.9 meters. The Elevation shall be taken from the
spatial center of the vehicle, when a vehicle is being measured.
7.45 Data Element: DE_EmergencyDetails
Use: The EmergencyDetails data element combines several bit level items into a single word for efficient
transmission.
