Remarks: This element was originally defined in J2313. From Section 8.35 "Location-Quality." This element is
used by the IEEE IM effort relating to the accuracy of location information.
8.5 Data Element: DE_MAYDAY_Location_tech_code [ATIS]
Use: The technology used to determine the position of the vehicle. This element is used to convey what type of
technology was used to determine the position (other elements it is used with in messages). The nav-system flag
in the sender flag word shall be set to reflect the device technologies available.
