Consider the structure of the three different messages as shown in the previous section.
Note that Msg10Hz data is contained into Msg5Hz data, and in turn Msg5Hz data is
contained into Msg3Hz data. Therefore, the sending schema above ensure that the data
contained in Msg10Hz is sent 10 times per second, the data contained in Msg5Hz is sent
5 times per second, and the data contained in Msg3Hz is sent 3 times per seconds. In
addition, at each given time the MD only sends one message and does not duplicate same
data elements in different messages reducing the overall utilization of the communication
channel.
