Use: The SpecialLaneAttributes data element relates the types and allowed (possible) movements from a
special vehicle lane. Typically this deals with lanes describing trains (all forms of tracked vehicles) and
transit vehicles (buses and other public transport) that are part of an intersection shared with motorized
vehicle lanes.
