intersection ID with the lane number.
7.73 Data Element: DE_LaneSet
Use: The LaneSet data element is a sequence of one ot more octets, where each octet represents one of the
lanes in an intersection.

7.74 Data Element: DE_LaneWidth
Use: The LaneWidth data concept coveys the width of a lane in LSB units of 1 cm. Maximum value
would be a lane of over 327 meters.
